Smells so good
I’m not sure if this actually helps me sleep as I often struggle to get a full night of decent sleep, but it certainly does relax me and makes me feel like I’m in a spa. I also use it as a linen spray to make my bedding smell nice during the day

i first tried it couple years ago, and i keep buying it again and again. good thing, helps to have calm sleep. The smell can be too much in the beginning, so i would recommend to start with one spray from good distance, and add intensity if you need to

Never without it.
My son has trouble sleeping and we have used this the last 4 years. It’s a staple routine product that he has next to his bed and will spray a little on his pillow. If he’s anxious during the day we spray on a tissue and he puts it in his pocket. Calming and comfortable scent.

Nice but not for me
Lovely light mist. I'm not keen on the scent but lavender is relaxing. I felt it didn't really help but worth a try. Not overly expensive compared to other pillow sprays but not sure I'd re purchase.
