Calming smell
I ordered this product based on recommondations in LF web page, product reviews. I absolutely love the smell but I have no idea how many pumps is enough. I spray about 4-6 times in the evening. I am not quite sure whether the spray helps to sleep or not, I still wake up in the middle of the night and wake up early (at 4 or 5 am) in the morning. I really hoped this product would have helped... but I can't say "yes, it will help you to sleep better". Anyway, I like the smell and I don't regret buying it. If it happens to help later on... after all...

I have had problems sleeping for years and have tried everything from sleeping tablets to relaxation apps. I have a super busy mind that just doesn't want to switch off at times so when I initially had a sample of this to try I was very sceptical! After spraying it on my pillow I lay down and breathed deeply and fell asleep within minutes. Next day I reasoned this was surely a freak incident so tired it again the next night and the next and the next until the sample had run out and I was desperate for more! This truly is a wonder product for me and I absolutely love it! Anyone who has had difficulty sleeping will know the anxiety of going to bed and the stress that being constantly exhausted brings them. Not any more! I love going to bed now and have confidence that I have found a product that works! This product is at the higher end of what I would normally pay for a sleep aid but to me is worth every penny and more. The smell is lovely, incredibly relaxing, doesn't stain my bed sheets and simple to use. Quite simply the best, most effective sleep aid I've ever used!
