Does the job well
Bought this after reading many positive reviews and I can say that this primer sure does its job well. I have oily eyelids, so if I want to apply any eyeliner or eyeshadow, a primer is a must for me. This primer has a smooth and light texture and when I apply it, my eyelids feel nicely moisturised. I can agree that this primer might take a bit longer to dry if you leave it on its own. However, as I usually apply it on my eyelids and then even it out with my fingertips, that's not a problem for me. So far I've tested this primer only with my eyeliner and it works well for me.

For the product not the packaging
I love this eye primer especially as it has anti aging properties built in. It goes on well and lasts all day. The only thing I have never really liked is the spatula that is attached to the lid. I'm sure it makes you waste product and makes the lid messy. But I can get past that. It's a great buy.
