Specially formulated for dry scalps prone to dandruff, VICHY’s Dercos Shampoo cleanses and visibly detoxifies the hair, while helping to eliminate up to 100% of visible flakes from the 1st wash* and protect for up to 6 weeks**. The formula gently exfoliates the scalp, lifting impurities and dead skin cells for a fresh finish.
Transforming into a foam, the shampoo utilises a blend of 1% salicylic acid and 1% selenium disulfide to help minimise dryness and nourish the scalp. Boasting a rich, creamy texture, the shampoo is topped with a refreshing scent. Hair is left feeling soothed and touchably soft with a smooth appearance.

- When to Use: In treatment phase, use 3 x per week for 4 weeks. Gentle enough for daily use if required. For maintenance, use 1 x per week alongside your regular shampoo.

Life changer!
This shampoo is amazing! I suffer with oily hair for 17 years ,my both sisters as well. I tried absolutely everything, but this one its unbelievably the best! I used it once and my scalp have no flakes of dandruff whatsoever, my ends hair so moist. For the first time in my life I can use any product ;for example: spray on my scalp to help hair growth which happens after covid (my hair was falling out like crazy !)without getting greasy hair. It was pretty annoying especially in summer I had to wash my hair twice a day. Im looking forward for the summer now to show off my healthy hair .I would absolutely recommended to everyone who suffers with oily hair or dandruff.

Positives: smell nice, lather well, doesn't dry out my strands. However, I bought this to address my light dandruff/ itchy scalp condition. Sadly, it somehow made it worse: nothing else changes, same water, same conditioner. My scalp gets more flaky and itchy just 24hr after wash. I changed back to my usual brand, and it calmed down. Such a shame, I won't get this again.

Good start but went very downhill
I thought this was working well for me, the smell is more like a mens product so I had to double check I hadn't bought a mens shampoo by accident. It's very yellow and even washes out with yellow colour. When I first used this I thought it was going well but then just over a week later I noticed and my work colleagues noticed my hair was looking greasy ALL the time! I'd wash it and even the same day it would look horrible! I've had to use head and shoulders and now a detox shampoo to get it back to looking healthy and non greasy. My hair is obviously too thin or light for this shampoo.

Since elvive discontinued their anti dandruff line I used religiously I needed something to replace it with ASAP. Fast forward to trying multiple different products (you name it I probably tried it) but having no luck I resorted to scouring forums to see if any other people were in the same boat. Turns out many people were in need of a replacement for that elvive holy grail and discovering similar ingredients ie the selenium contents. And a similar colour/smell and consistency to its L’Oréal counterpart. Vichy’s Dercos ant-dandruff line was recommended. This product has helped massively. Although not being completely faultless. It has enabled me to live a relatively flake free life. And for that I am eternally greatfull!

Works a treat!
Every autumn/winter I go through a spell of having a really dry scalp. I hate it, it can be so embarrassing. I tried this last year and within two maybe three washes, my dry scalp was mostly resolved! I then used it once a week as maintenance last winter which worked perfectly. This autumn the same - two/three washes and it’s gone! Really recommend this product.

Can't stop raving about this product
I have suffered with dandruff most of life, and it got a lot more severe once I developed Psoriasis. I've used god knows how many different " miracle" products that were said to help relief my scalp but to no avail! I had to use other products that certainly alleviated the flaky-ness and irritation but it dried my hair out to a crisp! This product has absolutely changed my life. I have zero flaking ( as someone with dark brunette hair that is a god-send) no irritation and my hair feels so much healthier now. I was getting so fed up and had almost given up on the idea that I could have a healthy scalp again.... I don't know that it will work the same for everyone but if you suffer with psoriasis this may very well be your holy grail, and I would recommend it to everyone.
