Weleda Skin Food is delicately fragranced with refreshing essential oils including sweet orange and lavandula and can be used as a protective cream in harsh weather and is excellent for anyone regularly outdoors.
Directions of use:
- A little goes a long way, so apply sparingly.
- This very rich cream is best applied to the face by gently patting on, so as to avoid dragging the skin.
- Elsewhere on the body, gently smooth into the skin until the cream is absorbed.
- To deeply nourish hard working, dry hands apply liberally, cover with gloves and leave overnight.

I've wanted to try this for sometime and finally took the plunge. I don't know what I expected but this cream is absolutely amazing for dry skin. I have super dry skin on my face and when I put this on at night I wake up with plum and soothed skin. I probably wouldn't wear it in the day as it looks quite sheer and takes a while to sink in. A little goes a long way and it smells absolutely amazing- like grapefruit or something super fresh and fruity. An absolute winner of a product, will definitely be buying again!

I did think this would be suited for face and body however I am normal/combination skin, I found it too thick and heavy for my face but good to use on dry areas of the body like elbows, knees, heels etc. Would like the try the lighter version to see if it’s lighter consistency for my face. Smells lovely though.
