Comfort and nourish dry skin with the Weleda Skin Food Light. A lightweight, silkier version of the iconic original, the quickly-absorbed moisturiser combines organic sunflower oil with natural extracts of calendula, pansy and chamomile to instantly hydrate, visibly calm and enhance radiance.
Acting as a protective barrier, it defends skin from dryness for smooth and supple results. The multi-purpose lotion can be used as a face or body moisturiser to leave the skin feeling soft and protected from everyday stressors.
Apply on dry areas on the face or body, and allow to absorb. Use before makeup application to create a glowy base.

The price of the product does make this an easy go to staple piece for your kit. It does provide the ultimate hydration to skin but do find it can be quite greasy and after using continuously for a long period of time I did suffer breakouts, I now only use if my skin is particularly dry and apply it very thinly.

I bought this to use intermittently in place of my beloved Elemis pro collagen - to save a little money and make the Elemis go last longer! It seems good so far, has a lovely lemony scent & moisturises well. Although despite being the light version & I personally feel it is quite heavy, but still ok for me, maybe not for oily skin.
