Used this for a couple of months after getting hair lightened. Really made my hair feek soft and shiney, and back to health. I have fine hair with greasy roots, so I think this set would be a bit heavy for continued use on me, but dryer hair would be fine. Smells nice. One United spray is also great... smells amazing! Great value from LF on high end brands as always.
