Hormone balance/ fertility
Bought these as I’ve seen a few people recommend them to balance hormones when ttc especially with irregular periods. I suffer with bad periods and I have to say first cycle on these it didn’t seem as bad physically or mentally. I’m going to carry on taking them and see how I go 😊

Love these
Love that these are capsule form as I used to take only the powder as a supplement and it tastes rank. But these capsules don’t leave a nasty after taste, and they are an easy size to swallow.
