This conditioner is great. My hair is long and thick, and this makes it soft and gets rid of frizz. It's impressive for the price, like all The Ordinary products. The only problem is the bottle, which looks cool but is poorly designed. It's difficult to squeeze a cuboid bottle made of hard plastic, and this conditioner needs to be in a bottle you can squeeze because it's thick. I have to take the lid off and shake it upside-down. I'm sure lots ends up getting left in there because I can't get it out. I appreciate that they've gone for a distinctive design, but shampoo bottles are round for a reason...

I am a big fan of the brand and use their skincare regime daily. I never knew they had a hair care range, and I am absolutely over the moon with this one. I have curly and frizzy dry hair and have tried hair masks, leave-ins and all sorts of stuff on my hair; this stuff works! My hair is silk soft after using it, and the product is very light, so it does not get filmy or make my hair dull and heavy.

I really struggle to find conditioners that A, work and B, have fragrance low down in the ingredients list (as I am allergic to most). This was a dream! It has no fragrance at all which is a bit extreme but it works so well I am willing to accept it! It sinks into the hair making it moisturised, soft, smooth and easy to detangle and the effects last all day. Please don’t ever discontinue it! I use it every single day!
