The BEST toner
I have been using this toner for years, if your blonde hair has a tendency to become brassy and yellow, this toner will fix that. I am a light brown with highlights, I use this toner every few months to keep my hair an Ashy colour, it leaves hair feeling lovely and soft. Highly recommend!
