Suitable for use on the face and body, Weleda’s Skin Food Ultra-Light Dry Oil delivers moisturising care for normal to dry skin types. The ultra-fine spray combines the lightness of a hydrating mist with the nourishment of plant oils and extracts.
A blend of pansy, organic calendula, rosemary and chamomile deeply moisturises skin to promote long-lasting hydration and visible suppleness. Absorbing quickly without a greasy feel, the dry oil leaves skin feeling silky soft with a radiant glow.
- Application: Shake well before use. Spray directly onto the body and spread it evenly over the area. As an addition to your face care, spray a little into your hands and smooth it on your face.

While this feels nice on the skin it doesn’t really absorb, which makes it definitely not something that can be used on the face, and alright on the body.

On the fence
I like Weleda products so maybe I expected more. I love body oils and I thought this would be great. Not sure how I feel about it. It's actually so lightweight it feels like water on the body and not so much of an oil. Maybe it's a preference thing.

Not a fan.
I've been a Skin Food devotee for many years and am always pleased when I see a new product in the range, this however I'm not a huge fan of. As dry-oils go I find it a tad on the greasy side and not overly nourishing like other Weleda products. The spray function is good - it doesn't squirt everywhere but that's because it doesn't come out in a fine mist. I'll use up the rest as I can feel some moisturising benefits but not enough to make me buy again or swap from my existing dry oil (Nuxe Prodigeux).
