Been looking for something like this for ages.  It glides on so no dragging skin. It blends out really well with with finger or brush.  Nice subtle glow so not glittery !!  Highly recommend

I have been enjoying using the Anastasia Beverly hills pro base pancil in shade one. Makes carving and highlighting your eye brows easier and blends well with a brush to remove any harsh lines. Nice addition to my makeup collection especially good for when you are in a hurry to save time.
