Love the control paste
I ran out of another brand and was unable to buy as out of stock and needed quick for an occasion. Best back up buy and will continue to use this product. A little really goes a long way, smells lovely and holds my hair perfectly.

Perfect texture and consistency
This paste is perfect for shorter hair, it can scruff and lift it or smooth and spike it. It doesn’t give a heavy greasy look like some, it smells divine and lasts for ages.

Beautiful smell and flexible hold
A small amount of this product goes a long way. It smells devine and provides long lasting flexible hold and definition to my curles - Even my husband is a fan and uses it to hold his hair all day.

Wonderful product
I have used this styling paste for many years to give texture to my short hair. It’s simply the very best product of this kind that I have ever used. From time to time I’ve been tempted to try others but nothing ever matches this one from Aveda. It may seem expensive but it lasts for ages and therefore works out cheaper than cheaper products in the long run. Holds without being sticky or heavy and allows me to restyle . Fabulous scent too!

Disappointing
I was hoping for a cruelty-free alternative to Label.M matt paste - but unfortunately this leaves the hair shiny and feeling greasy. On the plus side the hold is good and it smells nice.

Best product!!
Best styling product that i have used until now. I am a fan of Aveda styling products and i used Aveda Men's Pure-Formance Grooming Clay. I order the control paste just to try it and my decision was correct!!
