I've repurchased this at least 4 times and always loved it. On my 5th bottle now and I think it's irritating my lower lashes. I'm not sure if the ingredients have changed. If it continues I won't repurchase this.

Needs time to work
Once applied to your eye, you need to leave it about 30 seconds before wiping it off, otherwise I always have residue left on my lashes. Very chemically smell but not irritating on the eyes whatsoever.
