Frequently Asked Questions

Does Color Wow Dream Coat provide heat protection?

Yes! Dream Coat is a heat-activated spray that offers multiple layers of heat protection, shielding hair from damage during blow-drying or straightening. It forms an invisible, waterproof barrier that locks out humidity and protects hair up to high temperatures.

How do I use Color Wow Dream Coat?

- Apply to freshly washed, towel-dried hair.

- Spray liberally and evenly, saturating hair both on the surface and underneath.

- Do not apply other styling products while hair is wet.

- Comb through to distribute the product.

- Blow-dry section by section, using a brush to smooth hair and activate the formula.

- For best results, use every 3-4 shampoos.

Dream Coat should not be applied to dry hair, as it needs moisture and heat to activate.

Can I use Color Wow Dream Coat on curly hair or extensions?

Yes! Color Wow offers a Dream Coat formula specifically for curly hair that enhances hydration and shine without stiffness or crunch. It is also safe to use on extensions to maintain smoothness and reduce frizz.

Can I use hair oil or other products with Dream Coat?

It’s best to apply Dream Coat on clean, damp hair before styling and avoid layering other products on wet hair. After styling and drying, you can use hair oils or serums on the ends for added shine and nourishment.
