Helpful for frizz

This helped reduce frizz overnight however I feel it sometimes ruins curl pattern

This has definitely helped to reduce damage on my hair in my sleep, it’s easy to sleep on, but it’s big! I struggle to keep it on my head all night.

The bonnet is kind of thin but for the price it does the job!

It's my first sleeping bonnet so I don't really know how they should feel but it seems to be a bit on the tighter side and I don't have a huge head. Still it's possible to wear it through the night. I have straight long hair and it's ok for me. My hair comes out of it just as it has in the evening.

i use it every night, it keeps my hair smooth, protects it from breakage since i dont need to tie it before i go to sleep

I use it for sleeping when i have a hair/scalp treatment on. Stays on pretty good, but it will get looser over time.
