Excellent for Muscle Relief!
I bought this as I’ve been suffering with really bad neck and shoulder pain for a while now and I wanted something to use that had natural ingredients and wasn’t too harsh on my sensitive skin. Although this is a bit expensive I managed to get it in the sale which helped but I would honestly be happy to pay full price as it really does work for me. It doesn’t fully get rid of my pain but I wouldn’t expect it to as I also have Spondyloarthritis & Fybromyalgia so it’s a big ask to get rid of the pain caused by those. But in terms of giving relief I couldn’t recommend it more and I do use it on other areas for this like my wrists, ankles, leblose & knees etc and it works a treat. I found that it works better if you apply to warm skin so just after you’ve had a shower or for use when lightly massaging my neck. The smell is lovely too, not too strong like a lot of other balms and things I’ve used. At 100ml it may seem like a small bottle but this really does go a long way and even with regular use daily since I bought it has hardly used much atall. I would definitely buy this again when I need to :)

Amazing oil!
I 1st tried this in a spa on a cruise. It’s a lovely warming oil that spreads easily & absorbs well. It has a lovely warming sensation & a lovely scent (not that deep heat smell!) a little goes a long way. I use this on my aching shoulders at night & it also aids a restful sleep! Great to rub on abdomen for period pain too. On my 3d bottle! Expensive but so worth it.

An amazing product
I was at first unimpressed with this as it seemingly did nothing to ease my pain. However, after constant use mornings and evenings, I am amazed at how great it actually is. I have been using the musclease for about 2-3 weeks on my neck & shoulders, lower back & hips and wrists. From total agony all day which also prevented me getting proper sleep, I am happy to say that the pain has lessened very significantly in all areas of use.I am so grateful and amazed. Thank you Elemis for this miracle product and thank you LF for your wonderful service in introducing me to the brand through a little freebie facewash!

Superb
I was introduced to Elemis through a travel-size facial wash received in a gift bag from LookFantastic. I loved it and decided to try some other products of the brand. I've used Muscleease Oil twice daily on chronic pain on my neck, shoulders, wrists and lower back for less than a week. I didn't really expect too much past a soothing scent, expecting the senses to be calmed somewhat more than the muscles! However, miracle of miracles. the pain has eased tremendously and as I have had a busy week, I'm crediting that to this wonderful product. It is not a pain reliever... but calms the muscles so that they flare up less over time. This is a product I am likely to continue using over the long term. Recommended.

Great product
I have really enjoyed using the Elemis Musclease Active Body Oil (100ml). It's lovely to put on your aching muscles after a shower or bath. A little goes a long way, so I imagine the bottle is going to last me quite some time.
