I’ve always suffered with hair growth. I have been bleaching my hair for 8 years without a break & inclusive with extensions. I decided to give my hair what it needed. If it gave me the option to drop a photo I would I have grown about 4 inches of hair NOT EVEN IN A MONTH!!! I have been religiously taking these gummies twice a day around midday (normally after food otherwise it makes me a little nauseous) and partnered it with rosemary oil before washing my hair once a week. LOVE LOVE LOVE

I’ve only been using this for a few weeks after buying these while on offer. I honestly think i can already see a difference in my hair growth. I have noticed that my root has grown out quite fast and my tape hair extensions are desperate for a refit. I will continue to use these and leave a secondary review after my 2nd bottle. So far, I do recommend.
