Really makes loose glitter stick
Bought this to use with my loose glitter pigments. Works well to make glitters stick and once it’s on, the pigment doesn’t budge. It’s not a gel but a liquid that comes out a dropper at the top of the bottle. The bottle doesn’t make it the most convenient to use, and the amount you get is tiny compared to Mehron, but getting it at a discount was okay. I put a few drops on a mixing plate and mixed it with my loose glitter pigments. Haven’t tried it yet with powder eyeshadows to turn into eyeliner, but can’t wait to play around with it more.
