Warm the bottle between your hands. Massage oil into skin, starting from your feet and working up towards your middle and moving to arms, shoulders, the back of your neck and ears. Massage limbs using long strokes and massage joints, chest and middle, using circular motions, working in a clockwise direction. Spend 5-15 minutes massaging and then either prepare to sleep or wait 20 minutes, to allow the powerful oils time to penetrate deeply into the skin, before finishing with a warm bath.

Lovely to use for massage
You can use this all over - it is a bit heavier than same brands dry oil but absorbs well if used as skin moisturiser! I use it for massage as it take bit of time to be absorbed!

Scent is quite overwhelming at first, then calms down. A little goes a long way so bottle should last a while.

I have to say the smell of this product is like a dream, I gave my husband a massage and we both slept well, the room smelled divine and it took me back to the days I used to work in some of the top spas in London and Surrey.

GOODBYE STRESS AND ANXIETY
A deeply nourishing and soothing oil. Absorbs into your skin leaving a beautiful glow, the scent is the best part - makes me feel so relaxed and melts away unwanted tension. I poured a few drops into my bath too! Just wonderful, I love it!
