When I damage my hair and have to chop of the lengths I always come back to this vitamin because it helps my hair grow back thick and improves the texture, I don't think it grows any faster than normal but there is a noticeable difference in health! Love it :)

I attended a meeting at wella. It was a talk by a trichologist from harvey st. He recommended nioxin products and supplements. I have been using the shampoo, conditioner and scalp treatments along side these tablets for a year now. My hair is thicker and grows long. Before I had thin spots and my hair was weak. Cannot recommend enough.
