Exfoliate skin before application, this will make your tan last longer. Shake the can before use. Tie your hair away from your face and close your eyes. Keeping your eyes closed, hold the can 40cm from your face and spray for up to 3 seconds whilst moving the can from left to right. Use a cotton bud to wipe the spray from your eyebrows and wash your hands. Use every day until you get the depth of colour desired, then twice a week thereafter to maintain result.
