Love this for my body... BUT not for my face
CeraVe is markered towards sensitive skin types - and the skin on my face is suuuper sensitive. I've tried the cleansers before (and loved them) so i condiedent and was really looking forward to using this lotion. So excited I (foolishly) bought both the cream and lotion. And both BURNED my face within seconds - I had to wash it off. I tried it another 3 times each and decided to stop using them on my face completely. HOWEVER, like with the cream, my body seems to tolerate this product very well, so will continue to use it on my body post shower.

Basic but enough
I’ve been using this for the last 6 months and it’s really a very basic moisturiser, but it’s enough. It’s not over complicating my routine and my skin feels okay even during the winter. It goes well with other actives like Retinol or niacinamide or vitamin c serum. I use only these and this lotion is not too heavy like cerave cream. I have a combination skin and so far this is the best solution for me.

The perfect body lotion
I only use this on my body as I find it slightly irritating on the sensitive skin on my face. It's the best body lotion though as it's rich but not greasy and, more importantly, isn't fragranced. I wouldn't be without it!
