Not as good as other micellar waters such as biotherm but for the price it’s good. Make sure you double cleanse though!

Have used garnier make up remover for years always used the blue one however this is never available these days. This one is as good for removing make up only downside this stings my eyes removing eye makeup whereas they other one didn’t. Very good value.

It is very good
I think Garnier does one of the best micellar waters, though I haven't experienced that it made any difference to my combination skin. It does what it has to, but felt the same as their original formula. Other than that its very good and for the price it is a bargain.
