ghd bodyguard creates two levels of heat protection between the heat of a styling tool and the hair using polymers and conditioning agents. The bodyguard heat spray coats each strand of hair for a smoother-looking finish ready for styling. Use with all tools from hairdryers to straighteners and tongs for ultimate thermal protection and great hair.

Separate the hair in horizontal layers starting at the back of the neck. Apply 2-3 pumps of ghd bodyguard from a product's distance from the hair. Continue working up in layers to create an even distribution of product through the hair. Brush through and style as normal using your favourite ghd tool.
Style Tip. Apply ghd heat protect spray first if you’re layering it up with other styling products.

IT ACTUALLY WORKS
Prior to using this, I had never used a heat protecting spray. As a result of this, I had coarse, brittle hair with split ends. When I invested in this, I was not expecting much of change but thought it may possibly be helping me in one way or another. However, now that I ran out of this product and started using heat appliances, on unprotected hair, the damage has come back again. I had only realised how much this worked after stopped using the product

I’ve always avoided heat protection sprays as I find product normally weighs my hair down and can make it look greasy. its nice to know that your hair is protected when styling and the smell is strong but lovely. it also made a big impact on how well my hair straightened, I only had to go over it once and it made it a lot smoother. only thing I would say is that I was expecting the bottle to be bigger and for the money I think it should be, but definitely recommend to try it!

That's a Holly grail for my daily routine. I have curly hair and have to use a blow dry pretty much every single day, applying hot air..as it's never enough time.
