ghd bodyguard creates two levels of heat protection between the heat of a styling tool and the hair using polymers and conditioning agents. The bodyguard heat spray coats each strand of hair for a smoother-looking finish ready for styling. Use with all tools from hairdryers to straighteners and tongs for ultimate thermal protection and great hair.

Separate the hair in horizontal layers starting at the back of the neck. Apply 2-3 pumps of ghd bodyguard from a product's distance from the hair. Continue working up in layers to create an even distribution of product through the hair. Brush through and style as normal using your favourite ghd tool.
Style Tip. Apply ghd heat protect spray first if you’re layering it up with other styling products.

I wanted to try a heat protection spray as I use the hairdryer almost every day so after a little research and reading the reviews I decided on the GHD spray and was not disappointed. It smells amazing and seems to give a nice bit of extra body to my hair, hopefully it is providing some added benefits against heat styling although I haven't noticed any real difference to my hair but overall I am very happy with the product.

Not the best
Ordered this as my usual brand, which i have used for years, was running out and i thought this would be a nice change. It smells lovely but unfortunately does not tame my hair like my other one does. My ends seem frizzy and flyaway and really no better than using nothing aside from the smell. I have thick naturally wavy hair and from now on will return to my favourite TIGI catwalk haute iron spray, which is a similar pricebut in my opinion a much better product.

This has no rival!
I have very long coloured hair which I generally leave to dry naturally. However when time is against me I use this spray before blow drying, using straighteners or tongs and it is amaxing! It is the only protector I've come across that actually works!
