Delivering up to 24 hours of wear, the mascara coats the lashes in intense black pigments, its clump-free formula allowing you to build to your desired intensity.
The mascara is equipped with Givenchy’s exclusive silicone hollow brush in a cylindrical shape. The brush works from base to tip, expertly combing and coating the lashes with the optimal amount of product.
1. Natural yet sophisticated: After discharging the brush of excess material, apply a layer to the upper lashes for a natural and defined look.
2. Disturb the volume: For excessive volume, build up with another coat.
3. Intensify the eye: Finish with a touch of mascara on the lower lashes for definition.
4. For an even bolder look: Define the eye with Givenchy Liner Disturbia.

I wanted to love it but...
I'll start this by saying that my ideal mascara would be one that focuses on thickening and volumising the lashes, delivering impact and the illusion of more lashes. I have naturally long lashes of reasonable density and they do have a natural curl so length and curl are just an added bonus, not something I particularly look for. Do I like this mascara? In short, I think it is fine. I would describe it as okay. It is not the worst mascara and for the right person, it will be just what you want. I would just caution people not to put too much emphasis on the claims made in the marketing and to go by user's experiences instead. What does this mascara do for my lashes? On the positive side, it does add *a little* volume but it is by no means the most volumising mascara I have tried, nor would I emphasise this as being one of the main features it offers. Givenchy claims that it creates 'an instantly visible volume of +93%' which for my lashes at least, is absolutely and categorically not the case. Again, my lashes are not particularly sparse so I would have expected it to be able to catch and add volume to them with ease. Unfortunately, I cannot say if it would perform better on sparse lashes or if it would struggle. i hope someone else can answer this. For my lashes, the main thing this mascara offers is definition and more length. It does not clump easily at all which for most people will be an advantage. I also love this type of brush which is silicone, cylindrical, hollow brush as opposed to a bristle brush. The 'teeth' of the brush are unusually short but somehow, it does not deposit too much product as you might imagine from such short bristles. Another plus is that the formula itself does not feel too stiff or scratchy when it dries on the lashes. Lashes still feel reasonably soft. In summary and only going by my personal experience, if you would like a mascara that gives definition, length and colour without clumping and offers a very natural amount of volume, this is not a bad formula at all. Have I tried better? Most definitely. Would I rank it in my top ten of mascaras? Top 15, maybe but not top ten for me. It will be great for the right person but its performance on me was surprisingly different to the claims described in the marketing.
