Sourced from the coast of Ireland, the KIKI Health Organic Irish Sea Moss Vegicaps is a food supplement that utilises the mineral iodine to help contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

The formula is air-dried at a low temperature and processed into the fine powder that fills the capsules. Found in abundance in sea moss, iodine helps to support the maintenance of normal skin and the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Adult intake: 1-2 capsules per day with a glass (250ml) of water, preferably with a meal.
