Probably more suitable for younger skin that isn't wrinkled
Gelmatic is a mechanical eyeliner. The black is highly pigmented and you don?t need to draw over the line to get more colour payoff. Longevity was excellent and I didn?t get any smudges. This eyeliner broke a bit each time that I used it. However, I?ve had far worse mechanical pencils that broke to the very end in one application. I?m middle-aged with crepey eyelids, and this eyeliner pulled the skin on my upper lash line. The pencil was easier to use on my lower lash line.
