Protect your skin from UV damage with the La Roche-Posay Anthelios Oil Control Fluid SPF50+. Created for oily and blemish-prone skin types, the sweat-resistant sunscreen works to absorb excess sebum for a long-lasting mattifying effect.
The lightweight fluid melts onto the skin without leaving a white cast. With SPF50+ protection and La Roche-Posay’s UV filter UVMune 400, the formula defends against UVA and UVB rays. Airlicium works to absorb excess sebum and minimise the risk of pore-clogging. Hydrating with La Roche-Posay Thermal Spring Water, the sunscreen leaves skin feeling protected and hydrated.

Must have product
I’ve bought this a few times and will continue to repurchase. A light weight watery fluid SPF to wear daily

Possibly the best SPF I have tried
Absolutely love this SPF because it applies like a dream over treatments and moisturiser and normally my skin gets oily half way through the day with or without SPF, but this keeps the skin oil free all day which is very impressive.

Holy grail
Adore this sunscreen. Sinks into the skin. Not greasy and leaves no white cast. I’ve used this for years, my absolute holy grail sunscreen

Great SPF for oily skin
There's a reason it's so popular!

It’s good
I bought this because it’s fungal acne safe. I think it’s one of the better sunscreens because it’s not as heavy and has a slight mattifying effect. It doesn’t irritate my skin or eyes. It’s okay value for money.

Love it
I have oily skin that can breakout within minutes. Usually with sun screens, they either work or they don’t and this is perfect. Doesn’t break me out and gives a great amount of protection. Just order it, it’s worth it.

The best
The best suncream for your face hands down - doesn’t leave the horrible white residue, feels just like a normal moisturiser, isn’t sticky or thick and my skin hasn’t suffered which it usually always does with other sun creams. Love it - this is probably my 4th or 5th purchase as I wear it daily!

It’s good
It’s good, and does what it’s supposed to however I did find when going in water it runs into eyes and stings really bad. Will still be using but for the price I expected non of that.

Not for oily skin
I have used this version and the original and honestly, the original is better for oily skin! I wear SPF every day and have extremely oily skin. I have been using this for around 3-4 months and my skin has been so oily. I even bought a new moisturiser, as I thought it might've been that. This past week I changed SPF and my skin has been fine. The amount of excess oil this has created on my skin is awful. I would recommend using the original and not the "oil control" version if you do opt for la roche posay SPF

SPF is a non-negotiable
I have been using the SPF since I was in school, 8/9 years ago but only recently discovered the oil-free version. I usually avoid ‘oil-free’ products as I don’t like the thought of mattifying my skin as I do prefer the glowy look but this doesn’t do that, it controls the amount of oil that comes through whilst giving that dew to the skin and protecting my skin. For me, finding an SPF that works with my skin type that can work underneath makeup is really important as wearing SPF is a known factor for reducing the sign of aging and fine lines/wrinkles. Wear your SPF all year round, rain or shine. Just because you can’t see the sun, doesn’t mean it isn’t there causing damage.
