I used to use the mac conditioner balm but this I feel is on par for a much cheaper price. The consistency is good, it’s hydrating and it doesn’t dry out your lips or need much reapplying. I’d recommend

Great relief for acne sufferers
My son swears by this lip balm even though it’s wildly expensive- it’s worth it! Suffering with acne is bad enough then having to suffer side effects like dryness of the skin with treatment is a tough path to follow. However using this balm gives great relief & moisturises lips really well. Biggest tip is to wait for LF offers on this brand as they give a good discount!!
