Discover the MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pot Eyeshadow, a hybrid formula that accentuates the eyes with flexible, buildable colour. Performing as an eye primer and a cream eyeshadow, the waterproof formula delivers up to 15 hours of intense pigment.
The cream offers a quick and effortless eye look that resists creasing throughout the day, its skin-like texture layering seamlessly under other products. Rich and velvety smooth, the colour-true formula helps to improve the quality of wear of other eyeshadows for up to 12 hours, while helping to nourish the skin. The semi-solid Paint Pot is presented in a glass jar with a wide opening for easy application with a brush.

For best results, apply Paint Pot sparingly to the eyelids and blend out using a brush. To build colour intensity, apply subsequent coats, allowing time for each coat to set for 30 seconds.

Hard and draggy on the eyes
I was excited to try this after reading rave reviews but this is awful. The product is very hard and doesn’t apply easily - it’s uncomfortable and drags the eyelids when applying, rather than the almost gooey images you see online of people’s half-used pots. I’ll be returning this and would definitely not recommend it. Soft ochre was the colour I tried, to correct redness on my lids.

Natural look
Love love love this paint pot. I pat onto upper lids with my finger, and it gives a perfect natural look that stays put all day without creasing. I’m pale skinned with warm undertones and blue eyes - this shade gives a lovely, natural no-makeup look whilst subtly brightening my lids, with a slightly matte effect. I’ve also used as a primer and it significantly improves staying power of other eyeshadows. My new makeup bag essential!

Best neutral eye shadow
This is by far my most used eye shadow. I use it alone, as a base for a smoky eye, paired with a bright lip. It is so chic and neutral and cool toned, it matches with literally everything. The formula's creamy but stays in place, easy to use etc. Excellent

Happy I brought the soft orche shade
I’m fair with pink and more recently as I’ve aged a yellow undertone. Did to r contrasted any pink areas in my areas brilliantly. I found best used with my fingers as applying with a brush wasn’t as seemless. I’m not sure it held my eyeshadow on as long as urban primer I use but perhaps if I use a fixing spray it would have been better. Used as a colour itself I really liked too, really brightened up the eye. Happy purchase.
