The BEST
I have very straight, fine lashes with no curl, I have to use an eyelash curler and always a waterproof mascara to get any curl at all. It was so hard to strike the balance between curl and my lashes actually looking thick and nice. But this is both! When they brought out a waterproof of this I knew I had to try it, the best my lashes have ever looked!
