Doesn’t budge and great value
Great waterproof mascara if your looking for something that really doesn’t budge.. I struggle in summer with heyfever and lots of blinking often leaves me with mascara smudges under my eyes. This one doesn’t! You have to use a pretty decent eye makeup remover to get it off, but it’s worth it..
