Great refil for reed diffuser. Smells wonderful but on the pricier side. I have found a cheaper (half the price) but comparable alternative now so not my go-to diffuser any more. Lovely if you can afford them

Disappointing
Had high hopes and loved the idea of a diffuser containing natural oils but I am getting zero aroma. The diffuser is in my hall. I shake it and turn the reeds around. I’ve removed reeds then added them back. Basically there is no aroma coming from this diffuser unless I turn the reeds over and then I can just smell it for about 10 minutes. This diffuser replaced an M&S one that had been throwing out fragrance for 3 months. Hugely disappointed

I've been using Neon Reed diffuser's on and off for a few years now, I absolutely love love love them, their quality shine's through from the first fill, their scent is clean and doesn't smell like chemicals. Everyone who comes into the house says how lovely it smells. If I had my way and finances didn't dictate I'd have them everywhere. You truly do get what you pay for with these products and you won't want to go back to the supermarket one's. They last for months, I don't use all the reeds as I find they can be too strong, normally just use 4 in a large room. Also in the refill pack it may say their are no reeds but their are, they recommend changing them every other time for effectiveness, I just stick the old reeds in another pot as they still smell strongly. Warning though once you buy these you won't want to go back.
