Create fuller-looking arches with Rimmel London’s Kind and Free Eyebrow Pencil. With an ultra-fine 1.7mm tip and an attached spoolie for blending, the pencil ensures a natural, hair-like finish.

The formula nourishes the brows as it defines, combing shea butter with biotin to help condition the fibres and promote a thicker appearance. The pencil is also perfect for filling in sparse areas.

Application: Starting at the underbrow arch, apply the eyebrow pencil moving towards the tail end. Next, outline the upper arch, then blend using the spoolie eyebrow brush.
