Better than I thought it would be!
I was a bit skeptical about this as I’ve had pillow sprays and used essential oils before and never found them any good. But this stuff is so nice and does actually work! I drift off to sleep much easier and definitely feel more relaxed. Will be buying again!

This is the second sleep spray that I have bought and although it was a little expensive, it is definitely worth every penny. I am not a huge fan of lavender but this wasn't overpowering. Sprayed it on my pillow and sheets and found I drifted off quicker and slept a little better...woke ip nuch calmer too, so yes , This Works!

Obviously lavender which I like (thankfully). It’s a lovely smell in my opinion and it does have a slight calming effect but doesn’t make me sleepy, didn’t improve my sleep (and I used it every night). Quite expensive for what it is, you could use some dried lavender out the garden in a pouch for the same effect!
