Literally did nothing for me people leaving good reviews saying how good it is but did nothing for me just made my pillow wet definitely a waste of me yeah it has nice smell but when it says it’s meant to help you sleep better I want it to actually do that but it didn’t do anything

Nice smell but not effective
I have always struggled with my sleep and have only ever found success via prescribed sleeping pills. I have tried various herbal teas and organic natural ingredients tablets with minimal success. Unfortunately this was just another gimic product. If you struggle with your sleep quite severely this will not cut it! However the scent is lovely.
