Wonderful but Pricey
I first tried this spray in a Glossybox and found it super helpful for my insomnia, so I decided to buy the full size version. It smells beautiful; lavender and eucalyptus blend together to promote feelings of calm, safety and rest. I also use it during the day, when I'm struggling with anxiety/ptsd to help ground and relax. The only reason I have given a five star rating is the price. In my opinion, it's very expensive for what it is. I bought the full size version as I had a discount code from Look Fantastic, which made the price a little easier to swallow. If you're desperate for a good night's sleep, definitely consider buying this - but perhaps sign up to the LF newsletter so you can grab it on offer!

If nothing else the smell is lovely.
I don't use this every night, but when i remember i enjoy falling asleep to this gorgeous smell. I think it definitely helps calm and prepare me for bed. I don't know how well it continues to help me sleep throughout the night. Either way, I love using this!
