Not worth it
Bought this because I had heard such good reviews and I struggle with sleep. Definitely not worth the price. The smell fades extremely quickly, I even sprayed some on my hands to see if it would stay and within minutes the smell had gone?? I would definitely use a different lavender spray.

This smells nice but it is overpriced- especially for such a small bottle. Can’t say it has improved my sleep. Lavender essential oil on my pulse points or in the bath has helped my sleep more than this.
