Bought this product a few years ago to give it a try and I never run out of it. It does what it says and it really works. Very relaxing and soothing and has always helped me get to sleep. I would definitely recommend this product.

I had a couple of samples of this and took them away with me, so glad I did, this stuff is seriously good and does exactly what it says it will. Pleasant smell - not too lavender heavy - and easy to apply to pillows and bed linens, and no staining or unpleasant after smell. I do sometimes struggle to sleep at home so I’m using it here too, absolutely love it!

Not for me anyway. Had no effect on my sleep whatsoever. Nice smell but that faded after a couple of minutes. Very expensive for no result.

Bought this just to try as had not been sleeping well - the brain won’t switch off Average 4 hrs a night so have tried for three nights now and last night according to my Fitbit slept for 7hrs and 53 minutes so will definitely keep using this. Worked for my husband too.
