Relaxing and calming
I’m a perpetual insomniac and I’ve tried everything you can possibly think of to help me get to sleep but nothing worked. I think I might actually be addicted to the smell of this product - it instantly calms me. I’m seriously impressed by how effective it is...whenever I use it I’m asleep within minutes and while I wouldn’t say I wake up refreshed I do feel as if I’ve slept very deeply.
