Not for fine hair
Smells nice and does the job, but I prefer a dry spray, rather than a wet spray. Doesn't suit my fine hair.

I’m not sure how effective this is as heat protectant because every time I used it my hair ended up a mess. The results are stiff, crispy and it left my hair in knots.

I started to use this after my hairdresser recommended. I use on damp hair before I dry & straighten. Lovely fresh smell, protects my hair & doesn't make my fine hair greasy.
