Experience microneedling results in the comfort of your own home with the Swiss Clinic Skin Roller. Designed to stimulate skin cell renewal and collagen production, the facial roller promotes a firmer and more even-toned complexion.
Crafted from Japanese surgical steel alloyed with sterling silver, the needles work by creating microchannels in the skin, promoting the absorption of your following serum. Encouraging skin’s natural healing process, the roller helps to minimise the look of fine lines, wrinkles, scarring and enlarged pores.
Includes interchangeable needle head (face 0.5 mm).
Do not use on inflamed acne or open sores, if pregnant or breastfeeding, or if suffering from a skin disease or excessive scarring.
Clean your Skin Roller before and after treatment with sanitising spray (not included) and store with the plastic cover on between treatments. Always use on properly cleansed and dry skin.
Roll back and forth over the skin with even pressure for a total of 2-4 minutes. Add extra weight to problem areas and roll in different directions for best effect; vertically, horizontally and diagonally as well as from left to right. After using, apply serum.
Use once a day (evening), for 3-5 days. Let the skin rest and recover for 3-5 days, then repeat. Repeat for 2 months followed by rest for at least 1 month. If you then want to start a completely new 2 month treatment, it is recommended to change to a new needle head.

Bargain
My environ roller broke and when I was looking at new rollers, this popped up at a reduced price. It’s very sturdy and actually works well. I am very pleased with this.

Good Quality But no Case
Great sturdy product, I’m surprised it didn’t come with a plastic case so you can place it in it after you’ve cleaned it which most do especially for a more expensive product
