What can I say? It's a shower gel that smells like the herbs that are supposed to make you feel sleepy. If you can train yourself into a Pavlovian response where you feel ready for bed when you smell these smells, then I'm sure it will work for you. Otherwise, nada.

Lovely lavender shower gel
I use this every night when I shower before bed. You need the tiniest amount as a little goes a long way. At first I wasn’t sure of the price as it is pricey for a shower gel. But I’ve been using this for months and still have loads left so it works out good value for money as you don’t need to use a lot.

What a shame this really used to work, would relax me and send me off to a deep night sleep. However i purchased a second bottle (Oct 2022) and clearly they have watered down or are using cheaper ingredients because no longer can yo smell that rich lavender smell. What a shame to ruin what used to be a great product. Sadly wont be purchasing again.
