Love this for getting bits of food out from between my teeth. Also, it can be quite harsh if you use cold water so I definitely recommend mixing some warm water with mouthwash!

Using this twice a day morning and evening after brushing since it arrived. Love it, my teeth feel so much cleaner. The first couple of goes are a learning experience but it is far superior to string flossing. Different heads for better reach some with bristle heads.  The water does run out before I’ve done my whole mouth for the recommended time but already being at the sink is not a big problem. This is why I knocked a star off to give it 4 stars.  Tip Use tepid water, I don’t really have sensitive teeth but the first freezing jet of water was a bit of a shock and off putting. Lean over sink, lightly seal lips, tilt head slightly opposite to you holding hand and let water flow out corner of mouth.

Christmas present for my mom!  She loves it, says her mouth feels so clean and so much more effective than normal flossing. Takes a while to get used to doing it without getting yourself wet but well worth it!
