It does require a bit of water to help spread it easier but it does the job and smells delicious!

Bought this lip scrub read the bad reviews and do not understand why? Gives your lips a nice fresh scrub, nice soft and moist after just apply some lip conditioner to keep them soft, repeat every night so far!
