In Conversation with Miu Miu's Emma Corrin

As an individual, Emma Corrin perfectly encapsulates the essence of Miutine. Their effortless style is characterised by a carefree irreverence that also makes them impossible to ignore – much like the fragrance itself.

LF: Miutune is such a unique name, how would you describe its personality in three words?

EC: Great question! Miutine is rebellious, reckless and fiercely individual… that’s four!

LF: If Miutine were a character in a film, who would they be?

EC: I think if Miutine were a character in a film, they would be Katharine Hepburn in Bringing Up Baby.

LF: What’s one beauty rule you love to break?

EC: I really want curly hair. I don’t have curly hair. And someone once told me that if I didn’t wash my hair, it would go curlier. And it’s true.

LF: What’s a recent book, film or artwork that’s shifted your perspective?

EC: Oh, you know what? I recently found these two records online, and I think I had to order them from the States. And they’re recordings of Sylvia Plath giving these interviews in the late 50s, early 60s and reading her poems. And she has the most incredible voice. And the way she speaks about her work I just listened to them over and over. It's incredible.
