I do think this cleans my scalp well, but it's far too striping for me. Made my hair feel awful and very tangled.

My favourite shampoo

My hair gets greasy really easily and I also wash it most days due to working out. It makes my hair feel lovely and nourished without feeling heavy or oily. And when I don’t wash it for a few days, it’s one of the very few shampoos that stop it becoming greasy too quickly.

This shampoo is on the pricey side and i don’t feel that it’s worth the money. I have been using it just over a month and It smells amazing! But it’s that’s my only positive really, small bottle of shampoo that I went through quickly due to feeling like this shampoo was making my hair oiler sooner than usual, and needing to wash more. I have also suffered some dry patches on my scalp too which isn’t usual for me. Have gone back to using my previous shampoo and am much happier.

Absolutely obsessed with the HIO range from Bumble and Bumble. Hair feels silky smooth and nourished. I personally would rely on other ones for damage repair but I love using this during the week when I am not doing my full on hair wash routine.
