Loose Powder

Having a good loose face powder in your kit can make the world of difference when it comes to your makeup. Because not only are they a setting step for makeup application, they also absorb excess oil which helps keep your look in place throughout the day. The best loose powders will feel lightweight on your skin, and give you coverage without settling into fine lines or clinging to dry patches.

No matter your skin type, there's a powder to suit your complexion at LOOKFANTASTIC. Long gone are the days of matte-only formulas - although these oil-free options are great for oily skin types. Dull or dry complexions will love pearlescent powders that give your skin a radiant glow. Or those looking to gently blur blemishes and hyperpigmentation can turn to buildable loose powders (like the Too Faced Born This Way Ethereal Loose Setting Powder) to achieve their desired coverage.

And not only are there different powder finishes, each formula varies too. Mineral loose powders are packed with minerals to improve your skin's texture and feel silky-smooth on your skin. They're available in a range of shades so you can find the perfect match for your skin tone. Transculent powders such as the NARS Light Reflecting Loose Setting Powder are a great option too. These usually white and colourless powders blend seamlessly into your skin to blur imperfections and reduce shine.
